I finally figured its not so much ghosts that haunt him...but its guilt that has followed him in ghost like form..Amy for treating her so bad..following his brainwashed advice instead of actually listening to his own heart, his mother for he believed his father in it being him who killed her...not even trying to stop the obvious abuse he was seeing..no matter how small he could of tried..and at the same time its not even THEM saying mean things to him..its himself speaking through them and how he feels they feel about him....

he spends his birthdays and most halloweens in a Cemetary drinking and just in silence
